L & L Computers and Design is owned and operated by Joseph Loch, lead computing and technology expert, and Dan Lanphear, lead webmaster and design expert.
We develop unique solutions for each customer's needs. Specializing in Intel-based systems, we build, service and repair desktop and laptop computers. We can upgrade your system's software and hardware to meet your needs. Specializing in standards-compliant small business websites, we provide complete project management and consulting, from concept to design to maintenance.

We are located at 920 North Washington Avenue, in Scranton, PA. Walk-in business hours are 10:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday. We are closed Sundays.
